Patrick opened the Patrick Coffey Agency in June of 2020 when he moved to West Michigan. He is originally from Indianapolis, IN and graduated from Xavier University in 2010 (Go Musketeers!). He has worked in the insurance business for 15 years, and is an avid sports fan. He currently lives on the east side of Grand Rapids with his wife, Nicole.

Rachael has been part of the team since 2019 and currently serves in the Agency Manager role. She has recently completed her licensing coursework and passed the licensing exam. Rachael is a Lowell native who graduated from Lowell High School. She currently resides in Greenville with her husband, Mitch, and their cats, Gracie and Onyx.

Terry is the elder statesman of the group having begun with Farm Bureau in 2003. Terry had his own Farm Bureau Agency until he semi-retired and sold his business in 2019. Terry is a world-class handyman, and there isn’t anything that he cannot fix. He lives in Alto with his wife, Barb, and is the proud grandfather of 3.

Bob is the new kid on the block having joined the team in December of 2023. He is a native of Grand Rapids, and lives there currently with his wife, Carla, and their cat, Camry. He is the proud father of 2 daughters, one of which is married to Patrick! He enjoys hunting, fishing, and time with family.

Phil has been with the agency for several years, and does a tremendous job keeping the office space clean. He can often be seen riding his tricycle through the streets of Lowell with its shiny blue finish and oversized tires. Phil loves Scooby-Doo, and also works part-time at Flatwater Grill just down the road.
